Rose Apostolovska
Director & HR Consultant

Rose is the Founder and Director of Rosy Innovations, bringing over three decades of experience across Human Resources, Payroll and Business Operations. Having led HR and payroll functions across Australia and New Zealand, Rose now partners with small and medium-sized businesses to build compliant, confident, and high-performing workplaces.

Rose is passionate about simplifying complex workplace laws and helping business owners move from reactive problem-solving to structured, strategic growth.

Fun fact: Rosy Innovations – meaning positive change - was inspired by a pile of coffee cups in a boardroom in 2016!

One of Rose’s unexpected claims to fame is meeting Keanu Reeves in 2002 while he was in Sydney filming The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions. She can’t bend spoons… but she can bend workplace chaos back into order.

HR Team

Rina Jamias – HR Associate

Rina has been with the company since October 2020, starting as an HR Administrator before progressing into her role as HR Associate. She supports clients with HR compliance, documentation, and practical HR solutions.

Focused and improvement-driven, Rina continually looks for ways to strengthen HR documentation and processes. She enjoys helping clients implement clear, efficient systems.

Fun fact: Prefers quiet moments and unhurried experiences but easily shifts into extrovert mode around familiar faces – and will always choose a long road trip over a flight.

Beverly Ziga – HR Administrator

Beverly joined the company in October 2025 as an HR Administrator, supporting clients and the internal team with HR and administrative functions. She assists with HR documentation, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day coordination.

Proactive and solutions-focused, Beverly often suggests practical improvements to streamline processes. Her organised and supportive approach helps ensure smooth operations. 

Fun fact: May look serious when focused but is known for her warm personality and great sense of humor once you get to know her

Bookkeeping & Payroll Team

Cyrine Leones – Senior Bookkeeper / Team Leader

Cyrine has been with the company since April 2020, starting as a Bookkeeper before progressing into her role as Senior Bookkeeper and Team Leader. She supports a diverse range of clients with payroll, superannuation, reconciliations, BAS preparation, and financial reporting. 

Known for her clear communication style and strong client focus, Cyrine enjoys working closely with clients and the bookkeeping team to ensure expectations are clear and outcomes are delivered efficiently. She also supports client onboarding and collaborates with the Director to improve systems and processes. 

Fun Fact: A proud homebody with a traveler’s heart – happiest at her cozy desk, but always dreaming of her next beach escape.

Ivy Legitimas – Senior Bookkeeper / Team Leader

Ivy joined the company in January 2022 and has progressed from a Bookkeeper into her current role as Senior Bookkeeper and Team Leader. She supports clients with payroll, reconciliations, BAS preparation, and financial reporting, helping them remain compliant and confident.

With strong knowledge of Australian compliance requirements and a tech-savvy approach, Ivy enjoys finding smarter ways to work while maintaining accuracy. She also mentors the bookkeeping team and reviews work to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

Fun Fact: Recharges best in quiet, cozy settings and returns fully powered – a true introvert with a 100% battery mindset.

Emely Keywood – Bookkeeper

Emely has been part of the team since March 2021 and supports clients with day-to-day bookkeeping, including reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Trustworthy and system-efficient, Emely takes pride in keeping client accounts organised and running smoothly. She values strong working relationships and provides dependable, consistent support.

Fun Fact: A loving wife and proud mum of three who balances family life, professional excellence, and being a proud member of the BTS ARMY.

Veah Gascon – Bookkeeper

Veah joined the company in July 2022 and supports clients with transaction processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Deadline-driven and detail-oriented, Veah focuses on delivering work on time and to a high standard. Her structured approach helps clients stay organised and supported. 

Fun Fact: Prefers breaking a sweat over big crowds – earning her treats first before enjoying good food without guilt.
